In the beginning, in year of 2009, Mustofa Abidin, S.H., M.H. dan Rihantoro BayuAji, S.H., M.H. established Law Office Mustofa & BayuAji, nevertheless in development time with the join of Mr. Susantya C. Widi Paulus, S.H., M.H., so Law Office Mustofa & BayuAji changing the name to be Law Office “Susantya, Mustofa & BayuAji”. Law Office “Susantya, Mustofa & BayuAji Attorneys at Law” established by three partners on Year of 2011 with the names are Mr. Susantya C. Widi Paulus, S.H., M.H., Mr. Mustofa Abidin, S.H., M.H., and Mr. Rihantoro BayuAji, S.H., M.H., while this matter were initiated by any condition that the Law has such strong role in this present either in daily activity or business activity in particular.

Business activity is the center of macro economic in the country, so it needs a legal frame in order to protect every transaction that conducted by community so it does not give any loss for each other. Company is one of stakeholder in the business activity, so it can not be separated from legal dispute. This condition also add with increasing of corruption case and law of enforcement in equal, so there is no choice that one of function of lawyer giving education in order to prevent arise of corruption also defend of human right while its one of element of guardian of justice.
